**WeCare Medical Centre is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our expanding team**

Your role will involve daily administration of the practice, which includes:

- Welcoming patients
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scheduling and reminding patient appointments
- General patient record scanning and filing
- Taking payments and general account record keeping
- Work along practice manager and doctors
- General administration
- Opening and closing clinic with house keeping
- Able to start in March

Ideal Qualifications & Experience includes:

- Previous medical receptionist experience is preferred
- Experience with Best Practice software
- Strong communication skills
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skill

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MOUNT OMMANEY, QLD 4074: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
