About the Role:
As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in ensuring their visit is seamless and pleasant. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to work across varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcoming clients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
- Managing and confirming appointment reminders for the team.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the clinic team.
- Keeping the reception area clean and presentable.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in customer service (experience in a healthcare setting is a bonus but not essential).
- Proficient in basic computer skills (familiarity with booking systems is an advantage).
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to cover shifts as needed.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
