Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately and efficiently;

Ensure proper data entry and standardized operations;

Use the warehouse management system for inventory data entry and queries;

Conduct regular inventory counts, analyze discrepancies, and make adjustments to ensure stock accuracy;

Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standards;

Assist in handling returns, damaged goods, and inventory anomalies, and report issues promptly;

Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth overall operations;

Cooperate with and carry out other tasks and work arrangements assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Administration, Business Management, Marketing, International Trade, Logistics Management, or a related field is preferred;

Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word);

Strong teamwork skills and a responsible, detail-oriented work ethic;

Basic proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to read and understand labels and work instructions;

Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn and grow.

Cooperate with and carry out other tasks and work arrangements assigned by the supervisor.

Holding a valid forklift licence is preferred.
