Event Florist and Warehouse

We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic with creative flair and has a strong work ethic to join our event and wedding styling team. Work predominately is from Fri-Sun with potential mid week preparations.

Experience in events and weddings is essential not just retail florist shop fronts.

ANNA WANG is Sydney’s premiere designer of beautiful spaces, and we covers a wide range of services within the hospitality and events industry, from being your wedding planner, event organiser of your corporate function, interior space designer, floral stylist or even event coordinator.

**About the Role**:

- Working in a fast-paced environment in our operations warehouse (Homebush) and onsite at events and weddings
- End-to-end preparation of market flowers
- Contributing to events/weddings including bouquets (fresh flower experience is a MUST), centrepieces, decorations, backdrops and other visual elements
- Availability to work weekends (events/functions/weddings, etc.)
- Maintains and arranges stocks of flowers and other items in a cool area to ensure its freshness and quality.
- Keeps up with the current floral design trends, new flower varieties and emerging styles to maintain quality of products and offer fashionable designs to customers.
- Keeps track of the floral inventory is well-stocked and ensure diverse selections to meet customer demands.
- You may have completed formal floristry training or are currently completing floristry training at school
- Events styling or wedding styling experience is essential 2 years
- Fresh flowers or artificial flowers work experience 2 years
- A drivers licence is essential
- Must be able to take direction
- Will need to under go a Police check
- Must be a positive team player

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
