**The Role**

The Online dispatcher is responsible for ensuring the online warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently by ensuring we dispatch customer orders on time and in full.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure orders are dispatched on time
- Help delivery drivers with any issues that arise
- Ensure warehouse is kept clean and tidy
- Ensure safety checks are completed on equipment
- Ensuring all couriers are dispatched in a timely manner
- All delivery equipment returned

**Qualifications & Competencies required**
- Early morning starts required (4am across 7 days)
- Aligned with HFM values
- Retail or FMCG experience an advantage
- Forklift license highly desirable
- Warehouse experience is highly desirable
