APG Workforce are proud to work with an integrated grower, wholesaler and retailer of fresh-cut flowers and potted plants

We are currently searching for a **General Hand** for their site located at Sydney Markets, Homebush.

This is a unique opportunity, not to be missed

**About the role**:

- Working hours are 12.30am to 8.30am Monday to Friday
- The work is based in the Flower market area of Sydney markets. It's an open plan space with other sellers/customers present.
- Customers order flowers made up for pick up or come in to purchase what is on the floor. You will be working in more of an open plan market type space than a retail or warehouse environment.
- You will be talking to customers and other staff members; good communication skills are a must.
- You need to be physically fit to move bulk products around the space and pack orders as you go
- Forklift license desirable but not essential, in case the need for stock movement arises
- You need to have a can-do attitude and be able to get on with people, and be ok with a noisy fast paced environment.
- You do not need flower knowledge, you will receive training for this, if you have an interest to learn
- Pay Rate - $38.56 p/h.
- Parking is $10 per day on site, this will be reimbursed in pay weekly.
