The Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Associate to join our Asia Pacific team—a hybrid role that blends finance, strategy, and business development.

Think of it as a mini "operator" role: one day you'll be shaping a pitch deck for a global telco, the next you'll be refining the APAC financial model or helping the exec team make data-driven decisions. You'll get exposure across the business, working with senior leaders in Finance, Product, Operations, and Client Services.

What You'll Do

  1. Business Development & Strategy

  2. Build pitch materials and decks for client presentations.

  3. Support RFPs and proposals for new business.

  4. Help strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities.

  5. Finance & Growth Ops

  6. Manage local financings, refinancings, and funder reporting.

  7. Own and evolve the APAC financial model.
  8. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  9. Produce weekly/monthly reporting for the Executive Committee.
  10. Monitor compliance with local lending regulations.
  11. Become fluent in Glow's internal tools and systems to improve efficiency.

About You

  • 5+ years' commercial experience, ideally spanning finance, strategy, or business operations.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and comfort with numbers.
  • Knowledge of credit risk analysis and data tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with B2B clients—you can analyse information and present it clearly.
  • Curious, commercially minded, and interested in how industries and economies work.
  • Self-starter who can plan and prioritise their own work.
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and comfortable picking up new tools.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—you like wearing multiple hats.
