We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Dental Practice Manager
to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience working in practice management
  • A go getter personality with a can do approach
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • An energetic and positive approach
  • A passion for the dental industry and patient care

Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • A demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, patients and visitors
  • Exceptional leadership, cultural and teamwork focus
  • A high process improvement focus with exceptional attention to detail and time management
  • Management of stock orders and staff rosters
  • Assisting with marketing such as providing ideas and liaising with the marketing manager
  • Financial administration: Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation with emphasis on the patient monitors and marketing monitors to measure success. Tracking billings and tallying petty cash
  • Operational compliance ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting accurately covers KPI's adherence
