About the Role

Due to ongoing growth of MGIB, we're expanding our team and are now looking for a motivated Trainee Claims Manager to join us.

We're currently seeking a Trainee Claims Manager to join our supportive and friendly team. This is a unique opportunity to be mentored by a senior Claims Manager with over 15 years of insurance industry experience. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants (minimum 3 full days per week, preferably consecutive) – what matters most is finding the right fit: someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute.

This entry-level role offers comprehensive exposure to all aspects of insurance claims management – from learning the fundamentals of insurance to handling end-to-end claims processing. You'll also play an important role in supporting our Claims Managers with administrative tasks while gaining a solid understanding of industry practices and relevant legislation.

No prior experience in insurance or claims is required (though it's a bonus). We're more interested in who you are and what you bring to the team:
