We are looking for for an experienced and reliable Store Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations, lead team, and make sure every customer enjoys a consistently good experience at our Retail Store in Capel, WA (Capel Fresh IGA) .

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Stock control and inventory management
  • Financial and Staff management
  • Maintaining store standards and presentation

We want someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and isn't afraid to get hands-on. Previous retail management experience is essential.

If you're organised, practical, and know how to keep a store running smoothly, we'd like to hear from you. An above award salary will be offered to the right candidate.
