Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll coding and implementation of Award and enterprise agreement interpretation.
- Assist with fast and accurate data entry using Excel.
- Receive labour hire invoices and prepare for payment.
- Providing support to other team members with varied duties.
- Managing the filing of both manual and computerised records and correspondence.
- Ability to use computer programs such as Preceda, Adobe and Excel.
- Maintain and implement rate changes.
- Investigate payroll and invoice data to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with end-of-month processing and reporting.
- Payroll and administrative ad hoc tasks.
What We Are Looking For:
- Payroll experience is desired but not essential.
- Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to challenges.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Capability to plan, organise, and work within deadlines.
- Interest in advancing your career in payroll and finance.
- Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
