Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our Bundaberg Team

This role includes:

• Complete bookkeeping to trial balance
• Payroll and superannuation
• Single touch payroll
• Payroll tax
• Workcover
• Termination and redundancy payments
• Bonus and commission payments
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Liaising with the clients, ATO and internal team members (including accountants, managers and partners)
• BAS and IAS preparation
• Assistance with monthly management reports

Qualification/licenses requirements:

• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or similar) (desirable but not essential).
• Current QLD Driver's Licence and access to own vehicle (essential).

Experience requirements:

• Experience performing the above listed tasks (essential).
• Ability to work in a team environment and share tasks with other team members (essential).
• Ability to multi-task and achieve competing deadlines (essential).
• The ability to professionally interact with clients via email, face to face and telephone (essential).
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately (essential).

The bookkeeping team work across multiple systems including MYOB, Xero, Reckon and Quickbooks.
