Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage daily workshop operations, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Build strong relationships with our drivers and collaborate as part of a greater team.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Exhibit ownership, accountability, and integrity in all aspects of your work.
  • Oversee and closely collaborate with a trade assistant.

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (Certificate III) or equivalent.
  • Experience in the Heavy Diesel repair industry.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
  • Commitment to Safety and Quality Assurance Policies.
