Installers & Trade Assistants

We are looking for Installers and Trade Assistants who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to our successful next chapter. Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our team

• Multiple new roles available (permanent, casual, part-time on offer)
• Dependent on experience: Installers $55 per/hr (Casual), $45 – $50 per/hr (Permanent)
• TA's: $30 – $40 per hour
• North-side based location plus working on various sites (local travel required)
• Immediate start

Installers

You will take ownership of key day-to-day priorities and non-negotiables and be required to:

• Install custom joinery, furniture, and upholstered items on-site to the highest standards

• Accurately interpret and follow shop drawings and site instructions with precision

• Upholding the Eurofurn brand by maintaining professional standards when it comes to presentation, punctuality and attitude, in line with our core values

• Deliver clear and proactive communication with Project Managers, Site Foremen and other stakeholders on a consistent basis

• Keep worksites clean and organised at all times for site presentation and safety standards

• Conduct thorough handover and closing out of projects on site

• Take ownership and strive towards a defect free outcome

Our Ideal Installers:

We are looking for motivated and qualified installers who are comfortable working across various locations (some local travel at times) including multiple job sites or factory zones as required. You will be required to:

• Have demonstrated experience and skillset in cabinetmaking, joinery, or furniture installation.

• Be a natural communicator, with the ability to chat with others using clear verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

• Have a strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship of yourself and others.

• Genuinely care about supporting the projects, wider team and business.

• Follow through with commitments, delivering on agreed actions with confidence and relaying progress updates to stakeholders.

• Show an interest in mentoring and coaching fellow tradespersons or trade assistants, to foster a collaborative and quality-focused learning environment.

• Have your own vehicle and Valid Driver's License, relevant tools, White Card and EWP Card (Forklift licence advantageous).

• Prioritise a safe working environment, with current First Aid and CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain.

Trade Assistants (TA's)

As an integral part of Eurofurn's project delivery team, you will be assisting across a diverse range of areas including cabinetmaking, joinery, polishing, upholstery, logistics and installation. You will support with day-to-day priorities for installers and factory teams with the following duties:

• Help with cutting, sewing, assembling, sanding, and finishing wooden/Upholster components or delivering to site.

• Prepare the necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the team, including selecting and cutting materials, and organising the workspace.

• Use tools and machines under supervision, such as panel saws, sanders, sewing machines, staple/nail guns, routers.

• Operate company vehicles if required and undertake critical or time-sensitive errands.

• Assist with accurate measurements and marking for cutting, trimming, routing, and assembly as per the drawings.

• Support in the delivery, transportation, and installation of the cabinets/joinery and Upholstery work at job sites, ensuring alignment and secure fittings.

• Check the quality of finished products and ensure they meet the specifications and quality standards.

• Continually keep the workplace tidy, clean and well organised for safe, efficient operations.

• Be committed to do what needs to be done to ensure our projects are delivered on time.

• The holder of a valid forklift licence or prepared to undertake training if needed, to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials on-site.
