The Role:
We are seeking a Case Support Assistant to join our dedicated Case Management Team. Based in Unley, with flexibility to work from home, this role plays a key part in supporting our Case Managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to Case Managers, enabling them to focus on delivering quality care to clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about aged care.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Case Managers with administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
Support the ordering of approved consumables in alignment with the client's HELP Plan and budget as prepared by the Case Manager.
Support the monitoring of client budgets by ensuring accurate invoicing and record-keeping including following up invoices or discrepancies and resolving delivery or product issues.
Prepare and send communication, including letters and emails, on behalf of Case Managers.
Provision of general assistance to the Case Management Team.
Support Case Managers to maintain client files, internal client dashboards, accurate client records and tracking tools
Respond to client and family queries, triaging incoming contact based on urgency and relevance and directing matters to appropriate Case Managers.
Monitor and manage shared inboxes
Contribute to process improvement and workflow
About You:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with Client Management Systems is desirable.
