We are looking for a proactive Admin / Sales Support Officer to join our Adelaide team. This is a key role supporting our sales team and ensuring our customers receive fast, accurate and hassle-free service.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide day-to-day administration and sales support
  • Process orders, quotes and ensure details are accurate
  • Assist customers with stock, product and delivery enquiries
  • Handle phones, emails and walk-in queries professionally
  • Liaise with operations, warehouse and procurement teams
  • Proactively solve problems and keep things running smoothly
What we're looking for
  • Strong administration and/or customer service background
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office, CRM/ERP systems (MYOB Advanced/HubSpot a bonus)
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude
