Are you currently working in a Desktop PM role or construction admin role and want to increase your earning potential?

Using your construction admin or trade admin background, you will become the initial point of contact for our construction customers. Mobilise restorers and trades to attend to and coordinate the initial response to damaged properties before handing the site over to a Building Estimator to scope the resultant damage.

The Role:

  • Liaise with customers over the phone and video so communication and customer service is a critical part of this role.
  • Coordinate make safes and review reports for insurers requiring a keen eye for detail and a willingness to speak to trades to ensure they have clearly communicated their observations and actions onsite in written and visual form (via photos).
  • Liaise with trades and coordinate emergency response.
  • Use your technical knowledge to achieve better, innovative and more effective methods of repair.

Highly desirable characteristics & skills:

  • Have your Trade Qualification or Experience in renovations and repairs, including admin roles within Construction.
  • Great communication skills
