About the Role

This is a full-time position(40 hours minimum), ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys being part of a supportive, professional team. You will work on a wide range of projects including repaints, new builds, and maintenance work.


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Surface preparation including sanding, filling, patching, masking, and priming
  • Applying coatings using brush, roller, and spray methods
  • Completing detailed finish work on walls, ceilings, and timberwork
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Following safety procedures and company quality standards
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent trade qualification)
  • Minimum 4 year full-time painting experience
  • Strong knowledge of surface preparation and application techniques
  • Competent in brush work, roller work, and spray work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card) – preferred but not essential
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
