About us:

Mayo's are builders, licensed carpenters, painters and electrical contractors with multiple trades employed in house. We specialise in extensions, buildins, decks, bathrooms, kitchen renovations, internal fit outs, carpentry projects and commercial shop fitouts. Our office is based in Murarrie with work throughout the whole of Brisbane. We are currently looking for a plasterer to join the team.

Requirements to be successful in the role:

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • High quality workmanship and skill base
  • Certificate 3 in wall and ceiling lining or equivalent
  • Hold full drivers licence
  • Have a full tool kit
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be confident in instructing others
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to use own initiative and prioritise tasks and time
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a good work ethic and always be punctual
  • Be neat in presentation and possess good people skills
  • Willing to teach apprentices at times
