About the Role

This full-time position (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week) is a key part of our Internal Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process sales orders and enter data into our system
  • Review and verify quotes prepared by the Internal Sales team
  • Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Admin teams to resolve order-related queries
  • Clarify sales and client information as needed
  • Distribute work orders for Sales QA
  • Expedite customer and supplier purchase orders when required

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with Pronto or NetSuite is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and solid numeracy skills
