About the Role

We are seeking a Payment Claims Processing Officer on behalf of our client for a 6-month contract, commencing mid-October. This role is ideal for detail-oriented data administrators with experience in finance, refunds processing, and SAP. You will form part of a newly established team, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer payment claims, with supervision and escalation support provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process customer payment claims from daily task lists
  • Validate claim details against records and policy guidelines
  • Enter data accurately into claims management systems
  • Flag discrepancies and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Maintain clear documentation for all actions
  • Meet daily processing targets and contribute to team performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and confidentiality standards

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in claims processing, data entry, or admin support
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive tasks
  • Ability to follow workflows and meet deadlines
  • Sound written communication and documentation skills
  • Understanding of financial transactions and customer service principles
  • SAP knowledge (highly desirable)
