Sales Team Leader – Sports Travel

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to head up our Leisure Sales Team in Sydney. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

·      Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable for sales performance.

·      Drive revenue growth by embedding and following proven sales processes.

·      Ensure efficiency and consistency across all stages of the sales cycle.

·      Report on KPIs, pipeline, and conversion with accuracy and clarity.

·      Support our global sales rollout across Australia, the UK, and North America.

·      Work closely with management to align team outcomes with business goals.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a commercially minded leader who excels in accountability and delivers results. You will bring:

· years' sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.

·      A proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

·      Strong organisational skills and ability to follow and embed processes.

·      Confidence in managing performance and driving results.

·      Commercial acumen and a structured, disciplined approach.

·      Knowledge of sport and/or travel (desirable).
