COREMATIC is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to handle project coordination in our operations.

Who Are You?

You will manage manufacturing-related projects, including planning, risk analysis, and coordination with teams. This involves overseeing production processes, ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing sector, including re-industrialisation projects and program management for products at various maturity stages.
  • Experience in supply chain management, risk assessments, feasibility studies, cost estimations, and working with subcontractors.
  • Proven ability to analyse production flows, optimise workstations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with financial aspects such as recurring/non-recurring costs, profitability plans, and client negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced level).
  • Strong skills in leading multidisciplinary teams, conducting meetings, and resolving issues.
  • Background in mechanical engineering or similar engineering fields.
  • You must have the ability to work on-site at our headquarters in Brisbane Monday to Friday.
  • You must have a Master's in Project Management.
  • You must speak proficiently English, French, and Spanish to liaise with our Australian and European team.
  • You must have full working rights in Australia.

Salary

$95,000-$115,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
