As a Marketing Coordinator at ABN Group, you'll be at the forefront of driving our marketing funnel by harnessing best practice strategy and dynamic execution. From content creation to stakeholder engagement, you'll contribute to the brand and retail objectives of some of WA's leading residential building brands.

About The Role

As part of the ABN Group Marketing team, your skillset will span strategic planning, digital channel management and creative execution, all of which contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives. You'll work collaboratively with in-house specialist teams and award-winning agencies to deliver best in class activity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute retail strategies, retail offers and promotions. This includes an emphasis on optimizing a rolling 12-month calendar
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in driving customer-centric creative, digital, and media strategies which exceed industry expectations
  • Lead content marketing planning for our brands which is informed by a customer-first mindset
  • Provide comprehensive marketing reports, utilizing data insights for proactive recommendations incl. use of GA4, Marketing Cloud and other data sources
  • Contribute to the effective management of the annual marketing budget

Who Will Thrive in This Role

We're seeking an individual who embodies our core values and possesses:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Public Relations, coupled with experience in a similar role
  • A creative flare for developing written and visual content marketing in house and in partnership with agencies
  • Proficiency in managing paid and owned channels, including Meta and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in utilising content management systems, Adobe graphic design platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal, with exceptional interpersonal abilities
  • Outstanding prioritization and multitasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously
  • A self-motivated and creative approach, coupled with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset
