Marketing & Design Coordinator

6-Month Contract (Maternity Leave Cover) – West Perth

NFIC Services provides strategic investor communication and marketing support to ASX-listed and private clients across a range of industries. We are seeking a creative and versatile Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our team in Perth's CBD. This is a hands-on role with exposure to design, marketing, and investor communications.

Minimum 3-5 years of design experience is required for this position.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.


About the Role

Reporting directly to the Principal, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality marketing and investor materials across digital and print platforms. The position is casual part-time (3 days per week) to cover maternity leave, with the potential to expand to full-time, ongoing.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

·       Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or design.

·       Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

·       Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.

·       Experience with video editing tools (Adobe After Effects, InVideo, Descript).

·       Knowledge of e-communications (Mailchimp).

·       Social media management and analytics experience.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

·       EAbility to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

·       Experience in investor relations or exposure to ASX-listed companies.
