Cockburn Ice Arena is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for a motivated marketer with strong digital and creative skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Reporting to the Marketing, Digital and Social Media Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in delivering digital campaigns, injecting brand personality and coordinating event promotions. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content across all digital platforms for all our business units, assisting maintaining websites, supporting themed events, and ensuring Cockburn Ice Arena's marketing reflects our high-energy, customer-first culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead social media content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Where applicable, maintain and update company websites and digital platforms.
  • Develop marketing materials (digital and print) for events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Support the planning, promotion, and delivery of themed events.
  • Create and distribute EDM campaigns and digital advertising.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos for use across marketing channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
  • Assist the Marketing, Digital and Social Media Manager with some service delivery.

You are a creative and proactive marketer who enjoys variety and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. You have strong technical skills, a great eye for design, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging campaigns that drive results.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Bachelor of Business (Marketing) or related qualification – recent graduates, or candidates with 2–4 years' experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media, websites, and EDMs.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, Indesign, Photoshop).
  • Photography, videography, and video editing skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physically fit to undertake photography/videography tasks.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings where event and promotional work required.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and automation.
  • Knowledge of campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with ice sports and skating culture.
