We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us execute our innovative marketing campaigns. If you're excited about working across a range of clients, brands and software tools, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager and work within our in-house marketing team based at our Jandakot Head Office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing the company's brand strategies.
  • Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.
  • Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing team by coordinating and collating content.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
  • Assist with the development of printed material including brochures and point of sale material.
  • Work with the sales department to ensure display centres have the required marketing collateral.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines and deliverables to the sales team and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
  • Assist with planning meetings, events, conferences and trade shows.
  • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • Experience with social media marketing, email marketing and content marketing
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
