**What We Need**

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who tackles UX-UI principles effortlessly? Do you have a creative flair for branding and website design? We want you Bloom Digital is offering an exciting opportunity for a Designer to join our creative team.

**Position Overview**

We’re on the hunt for an all-rounded Graphic Designer with a knack for web design and UX-UI principles. Your mission is to shape visual identities for our clients, through stunning and innovative web design and branding. You will also strengthen our Bloom Digital brand across multiple touchpoints.

**What You’ll Do**
- Proactively support our Head Designer (and no, you won’t fetch coffee).
- Provide stunning web design that showcases our clients’ brands.
- Optimise conversion rates through intuitive UX-UI.
- Develop awesome branding with our design team.
- Create visually stunning digital designs for various platforms and channels.
- Collaborate with our dream team (design, dev, and marketing) to align designs with objectives.
- Stay ahead of the game with design trends and industry best practices.

**What You Should Know**:

- Experience in UX/UI design for seamless interfaces.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong experience with website editors like WordPress.

Bonus Skills
- Coding chops in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (to rock it with our Development Team).
- Animation skills to enhance user engagement.
