Mechanic roles for our client, a global leader in heavy industrial engine
servicing and solutions.

About Us

This is not your everyday mechanic role — you'll be working
on large, industrial 4-stroke diesel engines (not automotive), in a hands-on
workshop environment, alongside a team of highly skilled professionals. If
you're looking for stable, long-term work where your expertise really counts,

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Overhauling
    and maintaining heavy industrial 4-stroke diesel engines and sub-assembly
    equipment
  • Getting
    stuck into strip-downs, servicing, reconditioning, and assembly
  • Diagnosing
    issues and completing accurate service and maintenance reports
  • Collaborating
    with engineers, leading hands, and other workshop staff
  • Playing
    an active role in toolbox talks and supporting a safe, efficient workplace

Your Profile

What we're looking for:

  • Trade
    qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics (or Mechanical Fitting with diesel
    experience)
  • Solid,
    hands-on experience with industrial diesel engines
  • Strong
    safety mindset and attention to detail
  • Team
    player with good communication skills
  • Calm
    under pressure, with a focus on getting the job done right
  • Australian
    citizens or permanent residents highly desirable

    – We may also consider temporary visa holders (substantial visa) with a
    clear path to permanent residency.
