Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, including following up on customer payments and managing collections.
  • Prepare and manage invoices in compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports.
  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in finance or accounting, with a solid understanding of fundamental accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks is highly preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
