Product Support & Implementation Analyst

At Clintel, we are seeking a highly motivated Product Support and Implementation Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers throughout the entire product lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Comprehensive training and technical support to customers via ticketing system, phone, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and identify root causes to ensure timely resolution.
  • Take ownership of support tickets from initial triage, through to resolution.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in a knowledge base to improve efficiency and effectiveness of future support.
  • Continuously improve product support processes and procedures.
  • Communicate with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, including R&D, product management, and sales, to drive product enhancements and customer satisfaction.
  • Configure and implement our product solutions according to customer requirements and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product updates and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or product implementation role.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise software solutions would be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite and Standard Project Management tools.
