Our Company

As part of DuluxGroup, Flextool offers the stability and resources of a large global business—with the energy and agility of a close-knit local team. You'll be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do, eager to learn, and ready to support you every step of the way.

We believe in Imagining a Better Place—for our customers, our products, and most importantly, our people. If you want to join a team that values your ideas, encourages innovation, and celebrates shared success, you're in the right place.

About the Role

At Flextool, we're powered by grit, innovation, and a passion for all things concrete and construction. From high-performance tools to heavy-hitting machines, we challenge industry standards, and we help tradies tackle tough jobs faster and smarter—while having a little fun along the way.

We're on the hunt for a hands-on
Product Support Manager
to join our team. This is your chance to take ownership of a newly created role that sits at the beating heart of our product and customer experience. If you know your way around construction equipment, love solving problems, and get a kick out of helping others succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.

Whether you're a tradie looking to get off the tools, someone with hire industry experience, or simply passionate about the nuts and bolts of construction equipment—let's talk.

Your role:

As our go-to technical product expert, you'll work closely with dealers, contractors, rental companies, and internal teams to keep the wheels turning smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range
  • Creating and delivering training programs—both online and in person—for our customers, sales reps, and partners
  • Collaborating with suppliers and brand partners to stay on top of technical developments
  • Assisting with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductions
  • Building and maintaining a detailed library of product specs, service info, and technical resources
  • Tracking product performance and proactively identifying improvement opportunities

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll help shape Flextools future with your insight, initiative, and technical know-how.

Benefits:

At Flextool, you're not just joining a team—you're joining a crew that genuinely cares, backs each other up, and knows how to celebrate wins.

Here's just a taste of what you'll enjoy:

  • Fitness Passport membership
    – discounted access to gyms and pools Australia-wide
  • $1,000 annual gap cover
    for private health insurance extras
  • Paid Community Action Day
    – give back to the community, your way
  • Top-tier learning and career development
    opportunities
  • Paid parental leave from day one
    – 20 weeks for primary carers, 2 weeks for partners
  • Employee recognition programs
that shine a light on your achievements
  • Generous discounts
on DuluxGroup products and partner offers
  • A supportive, down-to-earth culture
    that makes work enjoyable

Skills & Experience:

We're looking for someone who's curious, confident, and comfortable getting their hands dirty.

You'll ideally have:

  • A basic understanding of petrol/diesel engines, mechanical systems, and electrical/hydraulic equipment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to all types of audiences
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret service manuals and technical documentation
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and a valid Australian driver's license
  • Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally overseas
