About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, eager to learn and highly efficient person to join us here at RE/MAX First Choice as a Part Time Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be first point of contact for our growing office in Upper Mount Gravatt and will be playing a vital role in helping our companies achieve its goals. Ideally, you will have the following qualities:

  • Experience in administration or receptionist roles
  • Highly attentive to details, efficient, a team player and willing to learn

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk duties including greeting and assisting customers with general inquiries, answering and making phone calls, email correspondence
  • Support for sales and rental department
  • Managing CRM
  • Rental TICA Check
  • Assisting Manager and Team Members with daily administrative tasks including drafting property listings, drafting Form 6 and managing rental and sales contract dates
  • Printing, Scanning and Photocopying documents
  • Invoicing and Trust Receipt
  • Filing
  • Rental Key Managements
  • Assisting Property Manager with general inquiries, rental applications and daily administration tasks
  • General opening, end of day cleaning and closing up of shop

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $23.66 – $26.00 per hour plus Super

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
