Office Junior

We are looking for a Junior Office AllRounder / Receptionist for our office in Mansfield ,Brisbane.. This is a fulltime position, with hours 8.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties will include:

- Preparation of Job Sheets.
- Co-ordination of Embroidery files.
- Placing and managing orders and back orders.
- Data Entry.
- Booking couriers.
- Receipt of eftpos payments.
- Ordering of office supplies/consumables.
- General administration assistance to our Team Leader and Managing Director.

Skills and experience you must have:

- Attention to detail is a large part required for this roll
- You must be multi-skilled, and well organised.
- Confident with answering and making calls
- Be willing to organise all factory staff with job cards and keep everything in an organised flow.
- Exceptional time management skills are required

Word, Excel & Microsoft knowledge. - Knowledge with Graphic Design Software like Photoshop/ In Design/ Canva will help, but is also not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.10 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
