What will you do?

In this role, you will participate and contribute to unlocking the project delivery potential. You will be working closely with the Senior Project Controls team who are responsible for enabling, supporting and providing accurate and timely information to project management team to make informed decisions and take necessary actions.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world's economic development and, it's the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'.

  • Project setup for manhours, resources and budgets.

  • Timely and accurate monitoring, tracking, forecasting, and reporting of man-hours and costs for various projects including all subconsultants and subcontractors.

  • Verifying subconsultants and subcontractors' invoices and managing change events that impact the budget

  • Administration of variations and invoicing.

  • Preparation of weekly, monthly reports for Client and for internal management and corporate reviews.

  • Use "earned value" concept in forecasting; use commitments made and the "earned value" to forecast commitments.

  • Assist in evaluation of cost impact for internal and external variations to the Project.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.

Bring with you your knowledge and experience in these areas:

  • Experience of utilising PRISM (or equivalent)

  • Good understanding and application of Earned Value Management (EVM), to track, report and analyse for both time and material as well as lumpsum type work

  • Be familiar and involved with project risk-based processes and practices.

  • Have some knowledge and experience in working with contracts.

  • Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
