Caravan & Camping Aus is a fast-growing company that is a leading supplier to the RV and camping industry. We currently operate out of both Campbellfield and Pakenham with a rapidly increasing product range, consistent with furthering our sales across both wholesale and retail channels.

To support our expansion, we are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations at our headquarters in Campbellfield.

This position will oversee the warehouse team, be responsible for managing stock control, dispatching and receiving goods in a timely manner, ensure workplace safety and optimizing processes for efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods in a timely manner.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilisation.
  • Use warehouse/inventory management systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity.
  • Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to prevent loss, theft, or damage.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
  • Work closely with other internal departments and externally suppliers, transport providers, and customers for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Handle returns, damaged goods, and discrepancies effectively.
  • Enforce workplace safety processes and guidelines to minimize risks and accidents and ensure OH&S compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a supervisory logistics role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control
  • Demonstrated experience with any warehouse/inventory management system for inventory tracking and management.
  • Knowledge of WHS/OH&S regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Strong capability to cross collaborate effectively with various departments and teams and building and sustaining positive working relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • FMCG / wholesale/ retail industry experience preferred, or other competitive, fast-moving industries where sales and demand profiles fluctuate
  • Forklift license - LO Forklift license advantageous
  • Electrical experience advantageous
  • Must have current Australian work authorisation at the time of application.

Work Environment:

  • Mostly warehouse-based, with some office duties
  • Requires standing, lifting, and operating warehouse equipment
  • May require working extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
