We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Technician/ Operator to join the team in Campbellfield, VIC.

Role Summary

Tasks:

  • Receive new equipment in the workshops
  • Pack and send parts to vendors
  • Pack and send parts to customers
  • Goods receipting of parts from internal and external parties
  • Stock control
  • Management of stores
  • Loading/unloading trucks
  • Prepare parts for service technicians prior to assembly

We are looking for an enthusiastic person, who is willing to learn, has a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, and is a team player who wants to work in a highly motivated environment.

Mandatory skills:

  • Technically minded, able to demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Can-do attitude
  • Knowledge and experience in a mechanical workshop, advantageous - in a power transmission product overhaul environment.
  • Safety conscious with thorough understanding and compliance with work safety standards
  • Technical ability to read engineering drawings and workshop measuring equipment
  • Ability to manage workload with a results-driven attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Dedicated, reliable, and able to work in a team
  • Good communication skills

Desirable skills:

  • Previous customer service skills
  • SAP knowledge
  • Process driven
  • High-risk work license, FLT, Dogging, Rigging, etc. advantageous but training will be given if needed
