- Champion cybersecurity, privacy, and governance across all digital environments.
- Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and external partners to ensure digital tools enhance scientific discovery and translation.
- Lead and inspire a skilled, multidisciplinary technology team focused on innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital capability growth across the Institute.
This is a full-time, ongoing executive appointment based at the Perth Children's Hospital in Nedlands, WA.

- A strong understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance in research or health settings.
- Experience enabling AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in support of scientific or organisational objectives.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A forward-thinking mindset that embraces innovation and drives positive change.
