We are currently seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate Head Chef for our East Brisbane based restaurant group.
OLLI Italiano is a fast paced, modern 50 seater restaurant, serving pizza, pasta and a wide range of share plates. we like to say were here "TO HONOUR TIMELESS CULINARY TRADITIONS, WHILE NUDGING THE BOUNDARIES OF WHAT A MODERN ITALIAN RESTAURANT CAN BE."
We are proud of the work life balance our chefs enjoy - rarely does anyone work more than 45 hours a week, and full time employees are paid over time rates weekly for every minute over, no exceptions
As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food, presentation and consistency. Experience in financial management of a kitchen will be highly regarded, however attitude, work ethic and cleanliness are the core attributes we look for.
As the Head Chef you are a key member of the leadership team of our restaurants, so we are keenly looking for someone who fits, understands and champions our professional team culture.
Sponsorship may be considered after candidates have completed a successful probation period, however this is not guaranteed and should not be expected when applying.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
