About You

You're an experienced Structural Engineer who enjoys managing projects end-to-end and working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver quality outcomes. You bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering and CPEng
  • 7–10+ years' local experience in structural design and delivery
  • Experience working on a range of civil structures
  • Strong technical capability using structural analysis and design software
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of structural projects across land development projects — from design and documentation through to coordination and delivery. Expect to:

  • Design and review
    bridges, culverts, pits, and temporary works
  • Manage technical documentation, drawings, and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
