Angel Falls Grill - Award-winning Venezuelan steakhouse located in the CBD is seeking a Sous Chef.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- A readiness to embrace the challenge of learning our unique cuisine.
- Demonstrate Experience in plating Gourmet food
- Experience or willingness to learn Latine american Cuisine
- Experience working with grills, particularly in cooking steaks to the perfect temperature.
- Experience in commercial kitchens
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An intermediate level of English proficiency.
