Unite Resourcing is excited to partner with a well-established hospitality client to recruit a motivated and passionate Sous Chef to join their team in York, WA.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in a relaxed country town only 1.5 hours from Perth, offering a fantastic lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You'll be working in a supportive environment, creating quality meals for locals and visitors while enjoying the charm and community spirit that York has to offer.

Unlike FIFO roles, you'll be home every night, with accommodation, internet, and meals available at a small cost, making this a perfect opportunity for someone seeking stability and work-life balance.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef who is passionate about quality food and thrives in a team environment.

You will have:

  • Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent trade qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • A focus on quality, presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and safe food handling practices.
