Tucked inside the grand, heritage-listed Royal Insurance Building in the heart of Perth CBD, The Heritage is more than just a restaurant – it's a destination. Home to a 40-seat à la carte dining room, a 20-seat bar, a boutique wine store, and the moody, underground cocktail haven Bobeche, our venue seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern hospitality.

We're now looking for a talented Sous Chef
What You'll Do as Our Sous Chef:
- Run a section efficiently during service, maintaining high standards and consistency.
 - Support your fellow chefs and apprentices in daily prep and service.
 - Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and invoice processing.
 - Ensure cleaning checklists are completed and kitchen hygiene is upheld.
 - Get involved in menu input and contribute to dish development when opportunities arise.
 
Who You Are:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar kitchen environment, ideally one with a focus on quality produce and refined service.
 - Calm and focused under pressure, with great attention to detail.
 - Service-driven and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
 - A team player who helps lift the standard of those around you.
 - Passionate about food and wine – and how they work together.
 - You hold the following certifications: Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or higher), WA Food Handler, and Food Safety Supervisor.
