Job Description

Hamilton Group is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead the charge in transforming our digital presence.

In this newly created senior role, you'll take the reins of our diverse digital ecosystem—managing a portfolio of company and venue websites to deliver bold, user-centric experiences that drive engagement and business growth. You'll work closely with our in-house marketing team, graphic designers, and agency partners to shape the future of our digital platforms.

The job

· Lead the strategic management and evolution of Hamilton Group's digital ecosystem

· Oversee the consolidation of multiple Hamilton Group websites into a unified, high-performing digital platform

· Manage and continuously improve the website performance, including speed, accessibility, SEO, and conversion metrics.

· Leverage analytics tools to monitor user behaviour, identify friction points, and optimise user journeys across digital touchpoints.

· Develop and manage creative, compelling, user-friendly content across multiple brands and platforms

· Triage and resolve website issues ensuring a timely resolution

· Build and maintain strong relationships with digital agencies and suppliers

About you

· Minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

· Organised, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape

· Deep knowledge in UX/UI, SEO, SEM, content strategy, paid campaigns, and digital performance metrics.

· Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
