About Digital Design Role

Leads a team to execute world-class digital experiences across touchpoints, protecting brand DNA.

The successful candidate will partner with peers in Marketing, Creative, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency for effective digital delivery of communication strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monthly global campaign rollout
  • E-communications and modules
  • Global website assets (home page, landing pages, product listing page banners, ads)
  • Third-party website assets, affiliate banners
  • Social marketing assets (Paid social and organic)
  • Global campaigns and promotions as required, ensuring all creative is consistent, polished, and on-brand

Requirements

  • Degree/qualification in relevant field (Design, Digital Design)
  • Experience leading a team of Design professionals
  • Strategic mindset - deliver creative strategy for Cotton On brands
  • Ability to project manage workflow and delegate work effectively
  • Expert knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Adobe AfterEffects
  • Exceptional design skills, eye for content quality, typographic, and crafting skills
  • Strong organisation, planning, communication, and time management skills, producing high-quality artwork within tight deadlines
