Learning Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Learning Solutions Specialist to join our Centre for Education and Training team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and development, who can provide high-quality digital learning solutions using evidence-based education design principles.

  • This role involves working collaboratively with the inter-professional team to plan, design, develop, and embed high-quality digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our staff and community.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing digital learning solutions, preferably in a healthcare setting, and possess a strong understanding of instructional design principles and visual communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement digital learning solutions that meet the educational needs of our staff and community.
  2. Collaborate with the inter-professional team to plan, design, develop, and embed high-quality digital learning solutions.
  3. Foster innovation and implement strategies that build capacity in creating digital learning experiences that employ instructional design methods.
  4. Provide expertise in visual communication strategies to improve Centre for Education and Training activities and platforms.
Requirements:
  • Degree at Bachelor's level (or higher) in an area of study relevant to learning and teaching, educational development, educational technology, and/or adult education.
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital learning solutions, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and visual communication strategies.
