Job Title: Digital Communications Officer

About the Role:

This role is part of a team that contributes to the development and production of media, marketing, and digital communications materials.

The ideal candidate will have excellent content creation skills, experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics, and strong copywriting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and production of media, marketing, and digital communications materials
  • Ensure employees have access to information delivered across various channels
  • Manage correspondence through team inboxes, including actioning and triaging requests for relevant team members
  • Manage day-to-day operations for social media platforms, including sourcing, calendar creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring
  • Assist in the delivery of targeted digital advertising strategies
  • Utilize Adobe Cloud-based programs to create digital assets

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with social media tools, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • High standards of performance, assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing tasks
  • Able to utilize effective digital content strategies to deliver information that respects brand and organizational guidelines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
