What you will do:

-Lead, coach, and inspire a team of RPO recruiters to meet and exceed delivery target

-Deliver end to end recruitment assignments within the portfolio

-Act as the key point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with workforce goals

-Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across recruitment processes

-Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic insights to enhance delivery outcomes

-Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture

What you bring:
-Proven experience in recruitment team leadership, ideally within an RPO or agency setting

-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

-A passion for developing talent and building team capability

-Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure

-A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving
