About the role
Quest Personnel is seeking a talented and driven Account Manager (Recruitment) to join our team in Collingwood. This full-time role will see you managing key client relationships and leading our recruitment efforts, playing a vital part in the continued growth and success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our diverse client base

Proactively identify new business opportunities and win new accounts

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned clients, from job briefing to candidate placement

Understand client needs and requirements to source, screen and present top talent

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices

Contribute to the team's overall sales and revenue targets

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What we're looking for

Proven track record in account management and/or recruitment, ideally in a sales-driven environment

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels

Proactive, commercially-savvy approach with a strong focus on achieving results

Excellent consultative and problem-solving skills

A fast typing speed and proficiency on all Microsoft Office Programs

Familiarity with the Sydney job market and recruitment landscape
