We're a growing bookkeeping practice that partners with small to medium-sized businesses in the medical, dental, allied health, and professional services sectors. Our clients trust us because we care about the detail, we're proactive, and we make their lives easier.

Now we're on the lookout for a Client Services Assistant, someone who thrives behind the scenes making sure no detail slips through the cracks, client experiences are seamless, and our team is fully supported to deliver their best work.

This isn't your run-of-the-mill admin role. You'll be the go-to person who makes sure clients feel cared for and our systems run like clockwork. If you love creating order, juggling priorities, and keeping communication flowing, this could be the perfect fit.


About the Role

This role starts at 5 hours per week for the first 6 weeks (training + onboarding), moving up to 10 hours per week with the potential to grow further as our business expands. Hours are flexible, and you'll work entirely remotely.

You'll take the lead on:

  • Being the first point of contact for client queries (with warmth + professionalism).
  • Managing client onboarding; from gathering documentation to setting up records.
  • Supporting our bookkeeping team by scheduling meetings, chasing up info, and coordinating deadlines.
  • Maintaining accurate client data in our practice management systems.
  • Keeping shared inboxes clear and queries directed to the right people.
  • Preparing templates, documents, and client correspondence.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the owner and team so nothing falls through the cracks.

If you've worked in admin, client services, bookkeeping support, or professional services before - great.
